WearEx P2000 wire (0.045'', 1/16'' or 3/32'') is a self-shielded flux cored hardfacing chromium carbide overlay (CCO) wire specifically designed for hardfacing pipe cladding with single or multiple layers using an open-arc process.

The resulting overlay, deposited in two and three layers using WearEx P2000 wire, exhibits exceptional wear resistance which is fulfilled to meet the strictest specification in oil sands (ASTM G65-A weight loss below 0.18g).
